This 7 bedroom villa is located within a large estate of around 800 hectares and offers guests the maximum privacy; along with panoramic countryside views. The property would suit groups of friends and families looking to holiday together within a secluded area of the Tuscan countryside.
The exterior of the property consists of a generously sized pool, along with outdoor dining under a pergola; from both of which guests can enjoy panoramic countryside views. Guests can access the villa via an unpaved road stretching 2km long. Guests enter the villa on the ground floor of the property into a lounge/dining area, where there is also a separate kitchen; which guests can access via French doors from the garden. On this floor there are also three twin bedrooms; 2 with two single beds and 1 with two French beds. All three are en-suite; the first has a shower room, the second has a bathroom with direct access to the garden and the bedroom with two French beds has a shower room and also direct access to the exterior. A spiral staircase leads up to the first floor where there is a lounge area. There are also a further 4 twin bedrooms on this floor; 2 of which have 2 separate single beds and en-suite bathrooms and the other 2 have en-suite shower rooms and are each made up of 2 queen size beds.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
