This 8 bedroom villa dates back to the 17th century and is set on grounds of 90 hectares and is surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Sleeping up to 18 persons, this villa would be a great option for large groups and families looking to spend a villa holiday together near to San Gimignano.
Guests can access the property via an electric gate and a short driveway that leads up to the onsite parking area. There are 2 outdoor covered terraces overlooking a generously sized pool; surrounded by gardens and offering panoramic countryside views. Guests can enter the property on the ground floor via the terrace, where there is a dining room with a pool table, a kitchen, a dining/living room area and a living room. There is also a shower room adjacent to a double bedroom and an additional dining room with a beautiful fireplace. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a French bed, 4 double en-suite bedrooms with a shower room and 1 twin bedroom with a separate shower room. There is also a living room, with large sofas and a small dining table and a single bed for a child that can be placed in the hallway. There is a small annex building located behind the pool area, offering guests an additional double en-suite bedroom with shower.
Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa and exploring the Chianti region. Sciano is located just over 5km away from the villa and offers guests a food shop and a pizzeria. Barberino Val D’Elsa is a beautiful town to explore and has more shops and restaurants. San Gimignano, a hilltop town located 30km away will not disappoint; with its 14 medieval towers and array of shops, restaurants and bars.

Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
