This selection of contemporary townhouses sits next to a renowned 18 hole golf course and lie just a few minutes' on foot along a beautiful boardwalk from the golden Salgados beach. These townhouses, part of a luxury resort near Salgados, provide guests with the villa experience combined with hotel amenities. Guests have at their disposal their own private pool, plus three outdoor pools - its own lagoon pool, a children's pool and a heated outdoor bathing pool - at the resort itself. In addition, there is also a gym, spa area with heated indoor pool, and sauna.
The Townhouse
This three bedroom townhouse is set next to the golf course. Guests enter the villa to a hallway, leading straight on to a kitchen and separate WC. To the left is the open-plan living-dining room. Patio doors from here lead to a terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs, and on to the pool area with sunloungers. The first floor comprises one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom, the master double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a second twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The second twin bedroom and the master bedroom share a balcony overlooking the terrace and pool area. For those who choose to hire a car or to arrive by car, there is an underground parking lot available for guest use.
A 2-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF012. A 4-bedroom townhouse can be booked under code AF014.
About the Resort
A range of leisure facilities is available to guests staying at these townhouses. Take a dip in the refreshing lagoon pool, perfect for cooling off on a hot summer's day, or relax in the heated bathing pool by the beach bar. A kids club and children's pool are great for keeping the younger members of the family occupied. The 200m boardwalk, perfect for an evening stroll to the beach as the sun sets, winds through the lush gardens from the pool area. Four restaurants and five themed bars provide guests with ample choice for the evenings.
Winter Holidays
The resort is a wonderful choice for winter breaks, with heated indoor pool and heated outdoor bathing pool available all year round. As well as themed bars, two restaurants are available on site, giving guests a choice of eateries within the resort.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
