The VillaThis two-bedroom villa is set over two floors. Guests enter on the ground floor via a hallway to a living-dining room with single sofa bed, with patio doors leading to the garden area. A partially separated kitchen and separate shower room/WC are also located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises one twin bedroom and one double bedroom, plus a separate bathroom with bath and overhead shower.

About the ResortThis purpose-built holiday village has a welcoming, friendly atmosphere, and benefits from a wonderful location just 15 minutes’ walk from Carvoeiro Beach, and 20 minutes’ walk to the nearest shops and restaurants. Guests have access to a gated shared pool area with outdoor pool and a connecting children’s pool surrounded by shared lawned area with sun loungers. This secure area with its own pool bar is a wonderful place for relaxing and meeting new friends.
Explore the AreaCarvoeiro town centre is within easy reach and provides guests with plenty of traditional restaurants and snack bars to choose from. The golden sands of Carvoeiro beach are just a walk away from the villas. Here guests can choose between a day at the beach or the exciting excursions and activities on offer. The traditional town of Silves, further inland, is well worth a visit, and there are plenty of water parks nearby for day trips.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
