This property is split into three floors. On the ground floor, there is an open plan kitchen and lounge area and bedroom number one, which is a double room. Both the lounge and the bedroom open up onto the exterior, where a good-sized split level terrace can be found. The lower area providing enough room for sun loungers and the upper level where there are several sun loungers, parasols, an infinity pool with a small Jacuzzi, a stone built BBQ and an outdoor dining area; perfect for those summer evenings. On the first floor are bedrooms two, three and four; the first two are twin rooms and the last is a double room. Both bedrooms two and four have access to private balconies; offering views overlooking Kalkan Bay. Bedroom five is a double room on the top floor and has access to an additional private balcony. Car hire is recommended to explore Kalkan and its surroundings. Kalkan is a small, lively resort and fishing village, which is set at the foot of the Taurus Mountains. Many of the villas surrounding Kalkan old town are therefore positioned on a hillside; offering spectacular views. Kas is a small seaside town, which is definitely worth a visit.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
