6 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Akbel near Kalkan Town, Sleeps 12
A six bedroom villa with an infinity pool based in Akbel; a small village on the outskirts of Kalkan, just a 5-minute drive into lively Kalkan town. This villa sleeps up to twelve people and therefore is a perfect option for both large groups and families.
This modern property consists of three floors and has both an outdoor space on the ground floor and a small rooftop bar on the second floor. The ground floor consists of a kitchen and lounge area and an en-suite double bedroom, all of which open up onto the exterior, where the infinity pool can be found. There are several sun loungers with parasols, a BBQ, a dining table and a pergola with seating area, all of which overlook Kalkan Bay. There is also an area for table tennis behind the pergola. The first floor consists of bedrooms two, three and four; the first two are double en-suite bedrooms and the latter is an en-suite twin bedroom. Both the double rooms have balconies and all three rooms offer panoramic sea views. On the second floor there are both en-suite bedrooms five and six; a double and a twin bedroom. Again both rooms offer sea views and the double room has a balcony. This floor is also where the small rooftop bar can be found; perfect for those warm summer evenings. There is a private parking space available.
Car hire is recommended, as Kalkan is in an excellent location to explore the historical Lycian sites of the Antalya region and to visit the town of Kas. There are a couple of beaches and beach clubs within driving distance of the villa and Kalkan town is just a 5-minute drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
