Located within the Tuscan countryside and an 800 hectares estate, this beautiful villa sleeping up to 12 guests, would suit groups of friends and families looking to be within a short drive of local amenities.
The property is made up of 2 floors. The ground floor is split level and consists of a kitchen and dining area on the upper level; with a couple of steps leading up to 3 twin bedrooms. Two of the twins are made up of queen size beds, one which has direct access to the garden. The other twin is made of 2 single beds and also has access to the garden. All 3 have en-suite shower rooms. On the first floor is the master double bedroom with en-suite shower room. 2 steps up are 2 twin bedrooms made up of 2 queen size beds; both of which are en-suite; one with a shower and one with a bathtub. There is also a WC. The garden area offers guests a circular shaped pool and a terrace area under a pergola.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
