This 8 bedroom villa offers guests a true countryside experience. Sleeping up to 16 persons it would be suitable for groups of friends and families looking to be within a short drive of shops and restaurants.
The property is made up of 2 floors and an annex building. On the ground floor the main entrance leads into an open plan lounge and kitchen area. There are 3 bedrooms with en-suite shower room on this floor; 1 double and 2 twins bedrooms. The kitchen area leads out to a covered walkway leading to the annex building where guests can find a lounge/dining area, 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, both which have en-suite shower rooms. The ground floor and the 1st floor in the main building are connected by an internal spiral staircase and also an external set of stairs. On the first floor there is a small lounge area and 3 twin bedrooms all with en-suite shower rooms.

Car hire is recommended when staying at this villa. Guests can spend a day or two at the popular Lake Trasimeno. The hilltop town of Cortona is under an hours’ drive away and offers a wide range of shops and restaurants and beautiful views of the plain of the Valdichiana. Siena is just over an hours’ drive away.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
