This well-appointed villa with pool and fenced grounds is set up in the hills above Podstrana. Guests will enjoy the stunning sea views from the villa and the easy walking distance to the nearest beach. This is a great villa for families or small groups looking for a pretty seaside villa within easy reach of Split and the surrounding areas.
The villa is approached from the parking area within fully fenced grounds and is split into two apartments let together, set over two floors. Guests enter to a hallway with utility closet and separate WC. The ground floor apartment opens onto the open-plan living-kitchen-dining room with patio doors leading out to the dining terrace and pool area. The ground floor apartment also has two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower over bath. The first floor apartment is accessed via the hallway. Guests enter to a hall leading to a double bedroom and separate bathroom with shower over bath. To the front of the first floor guests find a living-kitchen-dining room leading to a sea view terrace. A double bedroom is accessed from the living area, benefiting from sea views from a private terrace.
The grounds of the villa make for a lovely area for guests to relax, with shaded dining terrace, plenty of space around the pool and beautiful sea views. A summer kitchen to the rear of the villa is the perfect spot to prepare a traditional Croatian BBQ, using the herbs and vegetables in the garden.
Car hire is recommended at this villa, but not required every day as the nearest bus stop is within easy walking distance. The nearest beach is minutes away on foot, and shops and restaurants are within a few minutes' drive. Split city is just 15km away - spend an afternoon exploring the Old Town and Diocletian Palace, or take a day trip from here to Brac Island.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa
