This modern four bedroom villa is located in Komurluk, which is a perfect location for guests who wish to be within walking distance of the old town and near to the sea. It offers panoramic sea views and would suit small groups and families.
This property consists of three floors, all offering sea views. On the ground floor there is a twin room with an en-suite shower room, offering views out onto the exterior terrace. There is an open plan kitchen and lounge on the ground floor; offering a kitchen table, a comfortable sofa unit, a flat-screen television, a DVD player and an i-pod docking station. The patio doors open up onto the terrace, where several sun loungers and parasols can be found, along with the infinity pool. There is also an outdoor dining table with chairs just in front of the patio doors; perfect for those warm, summer evenings. On the first floor is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite shower room and a Jacuzzi bathtub, a separate dressing room and its very own private balcony with table and chairs. On the second floor, there are the final two bedrooms; a twin and a double room. The former has a bath/shower room and the latter a shower room. Both bedrooms have access to the villas wraparound balcony, again with table and chairs. If required both twin bedrooms can be configured to make double bedrooms.
When staying at this villa, car hire is recommended. Kalkan old town can be reached within a fifteen minute walk along a coastal pathway and the popular Palm Beach Club is reachable within a short walk. Kalkan Public beach is also located within walking distance. The seaside town of Kas is a recommended day out, as are the Lycian historical sites dotted around the Antalya province.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
