    With spectacular views of Kalkan Bay, the Taurus Mountains and the Patara coastline, this beautiful 4-bedroom villa is an excellent choice for larger groups and corporate guests seeking a property close to Kalkan Town. It has stunning, modern interiors as well as two pools - an outside infinity pool and indoor heated pool. Spacious sun terraces on three levels provide guests with ample opportunity to soak up the sunshine and breath-taking views.

    The property is spread across three floors. On the lower ground floor, there is a gym area with access to a sauna, shower room, heated indoor pool and Jacuzzi.  On the ground floor, the master suite and a second double bedroom are located, each with an en-suite and shared access to a balcony. On the first floor, there is an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor to ceiling windows and direct access to a large terrace and infinity pool. On the second floor, there are two additional bedrooms – one double bedroom and one twin bedroom – each with an en-suite shower room. On the third floor, guests can enjoy a large roof terrace and Jacuzzi.

    Car hire is recommended. Guests can take advantage of the villa’s residential location, close to the amenities of Kalkan Town and the Turkish Riviera, to explore the local area and its attractions, such as the ancient ruins in Kaş and Fetiye Market.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
