Located in a secluded area of Lower Macher, this spacious 5-bedroom villa has far reaching mountain views, its own private heated pool, several covered terraces and a double lounge making it an ideal choice for families or larger groups. The villa is only a short drive to the amenities of Puerto del Carmen, the Puerto Calero marina, a large supermarket and walking distance to several restaurants. The villa is an excellent choice for those seeking a secluded holiday base within easy reach of the busier resorts.
The villa is an expansive, single storey property. There is a separate kitchen, open plan dining room and two lounges - one sitting room and one TV room - with doors leading to the two terraces, BBQ and gated pool. The pool itself has an integrated table and stools within it, giving guests the option to enjoy a cold beverage whilst inside the pool. There are five bedrooms in the property. The master bedroom has a king size bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to the terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds, a double sofa bed and doors to the terrace. The third bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. There are two additional twin bedrooms which, along with the other twin bedroom, share a family bathroom. There is also an additional shower room for guest’s use.
Car hire is highly recommended. Guests can explore the area around Macher, Puerto del Carmen and Puerto Calero, visiting unmissable sites along the coast and around the island. For golf enthusiasts, Lanzarote Golf Resort is located nearby, and wine connoisseurs can visit Bodega Vulcano de Lanzarote for wine tastings. Families will also enjoy spending a day at Rancho Texas Lanzarote Park, with its zoo and splash zone.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
