    Located in the hills above the coastal village of Kassiopi, this 4-bedroom villa has stunning sea views, a private swimming pool and extensive outdoor space including lush gardens and a spacious terrace. With its traditional design aesthetic, this fully air-conditioned villa offers a secluded escape perfect for groups or families keen to be close to the town and beach but still have the privacy they crave.

    The villa is set over two floors with bedrooms on each level. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with doors leading to the swimming pool and terrace. There is also a separate eat-in kitchen and utility room on this level. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor: one double and two twin bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a walk-in wardrobe. One of the twin bedrooms also has an en-suite shower room whilst the other twin bedroom has access to the shared family bathroom. The master bedroom is located on the first floor and has a large double bed, a walk-in wardrobe, en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as its own private terrace. Outside the villa is surrounded by a well kept, hidden garden with olive trees and flowers. There is a spacious terrace with an outdoor eating area, built-in BBQ, sun beds, parasols and a unique shaped pool, all overlooking the sea.

    Car hire is recommended. For guests wishing to explore the island, the natural wonder of Akra Drastis, the rock formations along the northernmost coast of the island, is only a 45-minute drive west. On the opposite side of the island, an hours’ drive away, is the region of Palaiokastritsa. Rich in history and mythology, the area has beautiful beaches, caves to explore, the hilltop castle of Angelokastro with exquisite views and the historic Monastery of Paleokastritsa. For families, there is Aqualand Park Corfu an hours’ drive south close to Corfu Town.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
