4 Bedroom Villa with Pool near Peritheia on Corfu, Sleeps 8
Located in the countryside on the northern part of the island surrounded by olive trees, this 4 bedroom villa has a large private pool, several terraces, is fully air-conditioned and is a short drive from the beach. With a mix of a traditional and modern comforts, this villa is ideal for groups or families seeking a secluded holiday destination that is walking distance to several tavernas.
The villa consists of two storeys with each level having both bedrooms, lounges and kitchens. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite shower room, and one twin bedroom. There is a lounge with an adjoining kitchenette on this level with direct access to the pool area and terrace. There is also a large shared family bathroom with shower and bathtub for guests’ use. Upstairs, there is a open plan lounge area with a fireplace and large eat-in kitchen with a dining table and breakfast bar. On this level, all of the rooms open up to a large shared balcony overlooking the pool and gardens. There is also a side balcony on this level and stairs leading down to the pool. Outside there are several places for guests to relax and enjoy al fresco dining. The well-kept garden has olive trees, flowers and scented shrubs throughout. The terrace is well-equipped with a BBQ, outdoor sofas, dining areas, outdoor shower and an iron gazebo.
Car hire is recommended. For guests wishing to explore the island, the natural wonder of Akra Drastis, the rock formations along the northernmost coast of the island, is only a 30-minute drive west. On the opposite side of the island, an hours’ drive away, is the regions of Palaiokastritsa. Rich in history and mythology, the area has beautiful beaches, caves to explore, the hilltop castle of Angelokastro with exquisite views and the historic Monastery of Paleokastritsa. For families, there is Aqualand Park Corfu an hours’ drive south close to Corfu Town.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
