Located in a secluded area in the northern part of the island, this 6-bedroom luxury villa has incredible panoramic sea views and is the perfect getaway for large groups seeking a secluded holiday destination in close proximity to vibrant Mykonos Town. With its distinctive wooden detailing, exposed beams and rustic charm, the villa provides a tranquil escape with loads of natural light. The villa is an independent unit within a luxury 7-villa complex in Fanari with on-site security and shared access to a gym, tennis courts and a helipad. For large families or groups looking to holiday together this villa can be booked with neighbouring villas (MY002, MY003, MY004, MY007 and MY008), subject to availability.
The property is spread across three levels. On the ground floor, there is a separate WC, spacious open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area with direct access to the large private terrace, outdoor seating and pool area. There is also a loft double bedroom on this level with sea views. On the lower ground floor, there are three double bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and sea views. On the first floor, there is one double bedroom and one triple bedroom each with an en-suite shower room and a balcony. The triple room has one double bedroom and a smaller adjoining room with a single bed suitable for a child. Outside, guests can spend time lounging in a hammock, enjoy a BBQ lunch on the terrace, soak in the rays on one of the balconies or take a dip in the infinity pool with its stunning views. There is private parking on-site as well as gardens.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Active guests can take advantage of the on-site facilities, such as the shared gym and tennis courts, or utilise the Concierge Services to book yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Those keen for shopping can venture to Mykonos Town to experience their top notch selection of designer brands. Beach lovers can visit Super Paradise Beach and stay late into the evening to experience Mykonos’ world renowned nightlife first hand.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
