Located on the steep mountain side at the highest point on the island, under the Monasterio Profeta Elías, this 1-bedroom villa has incredible views with the black sands of Perissa below and the sea seen just beyond. As part of a group of 4 luxury villas on a private estate, the villa is ideal for adults only, over the age of 14 years, specifically couples on honeymoon or couples travelling with a larger group. Internally, the villa has a combination of bright white and pale wood accents, conveying a contemporary Cycladic design and tranquil space.
Guests take an external set of steps through a lush garden to access the private entrance of the villa, the seaside terrace and heated Jacuzzi. The villa consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen, lounge and double bedroom all in one studio space. There is also a bathroom with a double walk-in rain shower for guests to enjoy. Outdoors, there is an outdoor lounge and dining area as well as comfortable seating under a sail sunshade.
Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Guests can visit the Folklore Museum of Santorini to learn more about the island or wine enthusiasts can go on a Santorini Wine Adventure Tour.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
