    This villa has a prime location overlooking Lake Trasimeno itself, a setting which often offers splendid sunsets over the water, which are described as some of Italy’s best. The unique beaches on Lake Trasimeno are within easy reach and this comfortable villa is only 600m from the town of San Feliciano. This villa would suit family and friends looking for a relaxing holiday in a picturesque setting.

    The large, inviting pool is great for relaxing on one of the sun loungers whilst taking in the stunning lake views. There is a porch furnished with sofas and a patio outside the kitchen with a table and chairs for alfresco meals. The villa is laid out on 2 levels. On the ground floor there is a lounge with an adjacent, spacious dining room, as well as a separate galley style kitchen. Completing this floor is a laundry room and a separate shower room. On the first floor, there are 3 double bedrooms, one with an en-suite shower room, whilst the others share a separate shower room. All bedrooms have terraces offering beautiful panoramic views of the lake and surrounding countryside.

    Car hire is recommended at this villa. The villa is uphill to town of San Feliciano, where there are restaurants, pizzerias, an ice cream parlor, a small supermarket and various shops. The ferry dock to Polvese Island, with attractions including the Fort of Polvese, is also there. Take a trip to the beautiful Trasimeno Lake, where there are pretty sandy beaches on the lakefront, plus shops and traditional restaurants, which are just 14km away and well worth a visit.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
