This beautiful villa dates back to the 19th Century and is located within half an hour’s drive of the popular town of Lucca. It would suit groups of friends and families looking to be both close to local amenities and the coast.
The property features extensive gardens and a generously sized pool. The property is split into 3 floors; the ground floor is occupied by the caretaker, who will provide assistance if and when deemed necessary and the remaining 2 floors are for sole us of the guests. The first floor consists of a spacious lounge, which has access to the outdoor terrace; offering wonderful countryside views. There is a separate dining room and kitchen and guests can access an outdoor dining area from the kitchen. On the second floor there are 5 en-suite bedrooms; 2x doubles with shower room, 1x double with a bathroom, 1x twin with shower room and 1x twin with a bathroom.
Car hire is recommended when staying in Tuscany. Segromigno is within walking distance and offers guests local shops, cafes and a few restaurants. A supermarket can be found 1km away in Marlia. Montecatini Terme, considered to be one of the biggest spa towns in Italy is located 30km away and would make for a great day trip.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
Holding an Option on a villa

Payment Information
For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
