Suitable for a large family or a group of friends this villa is perfect for those who want to relax in the Tuscan countryside and would make an excellent base from which to visit the cultural and historical sights of nearby Florence
The villa is set over four floors. The ground floor has a hall, a kitchen, a dining room a lounge and a separate WC. The first floor has one double bedroom with two en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bath and the other a shower. There are also two twin rooms on this floor and a separate shower room. The second floor has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, two twin rooms, a separate bathroom, a study and a laundry room. The third floor has a large games room with a billiard table. The pool is partially sheltered and has its own dressing rooms, shower and WC and there is furniture for dining outdoors.
Car hire is recommended for exploring the wider area. Horse riding is available locally and Lake Bilancino with its beaches and water sports is less than an hour’s drive away. The shops, restaurants, famous artwork and stunning architecture of Florence are also easily accessible by car.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
