5 Bedroom Villa with Pool in Playa Blanca, Sleeps 11-12
Located in a residential area near the amenities of Playa Blanca, this 5-bedroom villa has incredible views of the sea and neighbouring islands, a large terrace, outdoor BBQ, private heated pool and jacuzzi. Ideal for larger groups and families, the villa is walking distance to the stunning shallow waters of Playa Flamingo beach and guests can also enjoy the many restaurants, shops and bars along the seafront promenade.
The single storey villa consists of a kitchen with a dining table and a spacious lounge with doors leading to the terrace, jacuzzi and pool area. There are five bedrooms in total, all leading off from the main hallway. The master bedroom has a king size bed, a television and its own en-suite bathroom. There are two twin bedrooms, both of which share a family bathroom, and one also has doors leading to the terrace. There is one more double bedroom and a triple bedroom, both of which share an additional family bathroom. All of the bedrooms have fans provided. One additional child can be accommodated on a foldaway bed.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the many attractions near Playa Blanca and further afield on the island. Shoppers will enjoy the Marina Rubicon stylish street market and nature lovers can trek around Timanfaya National Park. For those interested in exploring other beaches in the area, the incredible rugged coastline of Los Hervideros and the beautiful Papagayo Beaches should not be missed.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
