Located in the exclusive peninsula of Porto Rafael and Punta Sardegna, this 5-bedroom luxury villa has an extensive flower garden, two large terraces, private salt water pool, breathtaking sea views and separate studio. It is the ideal choice for larger groups and families seeking contemporary accommodation with an abundance of space and exquisite views over the gorgeous landscape and Maddalena gulf, all within close proximity to the beach.
The villa consists of a spacious open plan lounge, kitchen, small bar and dining area with panoramic views of the sea and doors to the partially covered terrace. There are three double bedrooms and one twin bedroom on this level. Two of the double bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom and one also has direct access to a verandah. There is a large family bathroom on this level for guests’ use. In addition to the main terrace with its seating and outdoor BBQ, there is also a sun deck located on the first floor with an outdoor dining area, accessible via an outdoor staircase. On the ground floor and overlooking the pool, there is also a separate studio apartment with a double bed, small lounge, bathroom and laundry room.
Car hire is recommended. Guests can explore the area surrounding Porto Rafael and Palau, or can venture further afield on the island. From Palau harbour, guests can take a short ferry ride to visit La Maddalena Islands for the day, with their unspoilt beaches, colourful architecture and collection of cafes. Wine lovers can travel south and have a wine tasting at the popular Capichera Winery. For the adventurous, there are several diving centres in the area, including Nautilus Diving Centre in Palau.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
