    Located near the northern coast of the island, close to Astrakeri beach and the village of Roda, this 3-bedroom villa has an extensive olive garden with manicured lawn, stunning pool with a separate children’s section and spacious interiors ideal for families and large groups. The villa provides a serene holiday destination, surrounded by nature, with a warm colourful design within fantastic location.

    This single storey villa has an open-plan lounge with two sofa beds, kitchen and dining area with direct access to the pool, terrace and garden. There are three bedrooms - one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. The master suite has its own en-suite shower room and doors leading to the pool. The two twin bedrooms have access to a shared bathroom with a bathtub. Outside, guests can enjoy the lovely surroundings whilst enjoying a dip in the pool, sunbathing on one of the sunbeds or enjoying an al fresco meal on the terrace.

    Car hire is recommended. Only a 20-minute drive west, guests can experience the stunning natural wonder of Akra Drastis, the rock formations along the northernmost coast of the island, surrounded by stunning beaches. Guests will also enjoy a day trip to visit Corfu Town just an hours drive south. Here you can take in the rustic architecture and sites including the the Old Fortress and Spilias Square. Beach lovers cannot miss what many consider the nicest beach on Corfu, Porto Timoni. Located on the west coast and only a 30-minute drive away,  the beach is ideal for water sports and sunbathing.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
