    Located along the northern coast of Corfu, in a beautifully unspoilt part of the island near Karniaris, this 4-bedroom waterfront villa is divided into two identical units rented together to accommodate up to 12 persons. Each unit has access to the private pool, large terrace, hammocks and outdoor dining area. The villa is within walking distance to the beach, shops, tavernas and it has outstanding sea views.

    Inside, the villa is set over two storeys and is divided into two mirror units (one north facing, the other south facing) which are rented together as one larger property. Unit One is north facing. On the ground floor there is an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area.  There is a sofa bed in the lounge which can accommodate one extra person. Accessible via a spiral staircase, the first floor has two bedrooms - one triple bedroom and one double bedroom, each with air-conditioning and a balcony with sea views. The bedrooms all share a large family bathroom with a bathtub. Unit Two is south facing and also has an open plan living area, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor along with a family shower room. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms - one triple bedroom and one double bedroom, each with air-conditioning and sea views. The double bedroom also has a sofa bed for one additional person. In addition to the bedrooms on this level, there is also a shared family bathroom. Outside the villa is surrounded by lush gardens, terraces with seating and parasols, private pool and large outdoor dining areas. There is also plenty of parking for guests’ use.

    Car hire is recommended, however it may not be essential due to the villa’s location in close proximity to amenities. For guests wishing to explore the island, the natural wonder of Akra Drastis, the rock formations along the northernmost coast of the island, is only a 20-minute drive west. Guests will also enjoy a day trip to visit Corfu Town just an hours drive south. Here you can take in the rustic architecture and sites including the the Old Fortress and Spilias Square.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
