    Set in the unspoilt surroundings of Perithia, close to the hamlet of Agios Ilias, this characterful stone villa enjoys a peaceful village setting within walking distance of local tavernas and only a short drive from the sandy shores of Agios Spyridon and Kalamaki. Blending traditional Corfiot architecture with thoughtful contemporary touches, the property offers generous indoor and outdoor space suited to families and groups of friends seeking a relaxed island escape. With far-reaching views across the countryside towards the sea, guests can enjoy an authentic Greek atmosphere combined with comfort and convenience.

    The approach leads to a dedicated parking area close to the house. The main entrance door opens on the ground floor into a welcoming sitting and dining area, complete with comfortable sofas, fireplace and entertainment facilities, alongside a kitchen for self-catering stays. A family bathroom with a bath is also located on this level. An internal staircase, enhanced by a glass ceiling that fills the space with natural light, rises to the first floor where four air-conditioned bedrooms are arranged: two doubles, one twin and one bunk room, together served by a family shower room. Three of these bedrooms open directly onto a front-facing terrace with open views across the gardens, the church of Agios Ilias and the Mediterranean Sea. Also on the ground floor, with its own external entrance, is a separate annex offering a double bedroom with air conditioning and an en-suite shower room, ideal for guests who appreciate additional independence. Outside, expansive terraces and paved patios extend across more than 500 square metres, complemented by a swimming pool, brick-built barbecue and shaded dining area beneath a gazebo, creating inviting spaces for al fresco meals and leisurely evenings under softly illuminated night skies.

    From this convenient base, guests can explore the many attractions of Corfu, including the sandy beaches of Agios Spyridon and Kalamaki, both around 2km away. The harbour village of Kassiopi and the lively resort of Acharavi, with its shops and waterpark, are approximately 6km from the property, while the atmospheric lanes of Old Perithia are also within easy reach. Further afield, guests may wish to visit Agios Stefanos, Avlaki, Agni Bay and Nissaki along the renowned north-east coastline, or spend a day discovering the historic architecture, museums and waterfront of Corfu Town, around 40km away.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
