    Set in the charming village of Kassiopi, this welcoming villa offers a relaxed base for guests wishing to enjoy both village life and nearby beaches. Surrounded by cypress and olive trees, the property provides a peaceful setting while still being within easy reach of local amenities. With its light, airy interiors, the property is well suited to families or small groups seeking comfortable accommodation close to the sea and harbour.

    Guests approach the property via a driveway with space for car parking close to the villa. The main entrance opens into a living room with a dining area and adjoining kitchen. This level also includes a guest toilet and a twin bedroom with pool view and an en-suite shower room. On the first floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, alongside another twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Both upstairs rooms have balconies. The downstairs living area leads out to a terraced area with a table and chairs and barbecue providing a secluded spot for outdoor dining, The heated swimming pool allows guests to enjoy a swim even during the cooler months. 

    The property enjoys a convenient central location for exploring the highlights of Kassiopi. Guests can follow a nearby path leading to the ruins of Kassiopi Castle, an impressive Byzantine fortress where sweeping views over the coastline and surrounding landscape reward the short climb. Several small beaches can be reached on foot in around ten minutes, while the larger Imerolia Beach lies about fifteen minutes away along the waterfront. Kassiopi itself provides an array of shops, cafés and traditional tavernas centred around the village harbour. The more adventurous might be tempted by the 39km trip to Corfu Town. With its museums, Venetian architecture and cultural attractions, the town makes for a perfect day trip.

    Pricing Information

    Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

    All bookings subject to booking fee.

    Booking Information

    A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

    If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

    Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

    Holding an Option on a villa

    For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
