    Set within the peaceful village of Agrafi, this five-bedroom hill town villa enjoys far-reaching views across the surrounding landscape and provides spacious accommodation for up to nine guests. Designed for families or groups of friends seeking a restful stay, the house combines traditional charm with generous indoor and outdoor living areas. Guests can stroll to the village taverna and small minimarket just moments away, while enjoying a tranquil setting that captures the essence of rural Corfu.

    The approach leads directly to the entrance and convenient car parking area. Entering on the ground floor, guests step into a light-filled sitting room with dining space, positioned to make the most of the sweeping countryside views. Adjacent is a kitchen, along with a separate WC on this level. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms (one with air conditioning), a single bedroom, a family bathroom with bath and shower, and two terraces – one overlooking the village and the other facing the pool and open views. The lower ground floor, with direct access to the pool terrace, offers an additional double bedroom with air-conditioning, a single bedroom with an extra folding bed, and a bathroom with bath, shower and washing machine. Outside, guests can enjoy a swimming pool set within sun terraces, as well as a shaded dining area furnished with table and chairs and a large barbecue, all framed by picturesque rural scenery.

    The beaches of Sidari and Acharavi are approximately 8 km away, offering long stretches of sand and a wide selection of shops, cafés and amenities. The charming harbour village of Kassiopi, around 20 km distant, is well worth a visit for its waterfront tavernas and lively atmosphere. From the property, guests can explore the north of Corfu, discover scenic coastal drives, enjoy water sports, or venture further afield towards Corfu Town and the airport, approximately 30 km away, for historic landmarks, museums and vibrant local culture.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
