    Set in the south-western corner of Corfu, this attractive villa enjoys a peaceful setting close to the shoreline and some of the island’s most celebrated sandy beaches. The surrounding coastline is known for its clear, shallow waters and sweeping natural scenery, offering a relaxing backdrop for a seaside escape. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests across four bedrooms, the property is well suited to families or groups of friends seeking comfort, generous outdoor space and easy access to both the sea and traditional village life.

    The approach leads to a convenient parking area within the grounds. Entrance – On the ground floor, guests will find a light-filled sitting room with adjoining dining area, alongside a kitchen. This level also features a guest cloakroom with washing machine, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom including a whirlpool bath, and a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room designed to be accessible for guests with reduced mobility. On the first floor there is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to a furnished terrace, as well as an additional double bedroom with en-suite shower room and its own terrace with table and chairs. Outside, the grounds provide inviting spaces for relaxation and socialising, including a shaded gazebo with outdoor dining area and a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers for leisurely days in the Corfu sunshine.

    The property lies close to Chalikounas Beach, a wide sweep of golden sand separating the sea from Lake Korission and popular with windsurfers and kite surfers, as well as Alonaki Beach, approximately 1.5 km away. The traditional village of Agios Mattheos (around 5 km) offers local shops and welcoming tavernas serving authentic Greek dishes, while history enthusiasts can explore the nearby Gardiki Castle. Further afield, guests may wish to visit Corfu Town (30 km) with its port and airport, or explore picturesque coastal spots such as Palaiokastritsa, Barbati, Kassiopi and Acharavi, each offering beautiful beaches and a variety of leisure activities.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
