    Set across several levels on the edge of the traditional village of Nymfes, this well-presented villa offers comfortable accommodation for up to eight guests within attractive surroundings. Thoughtfully arranged interiors and a relaxed atmosphere make it well suited to families or groups of friends seeking a restful stay close to local amenities and places of natural beauty. With a taverna serving authentic Greek dishes located just beyond the entrance gate and the renowned Nymfes waterfalls nearby, guests can enjoy both village life and scenic countryside within easy reach.

    The approach is straightforward, with car parking available close to the entrance. The main entrance door opens on the ground floor into a welcoming living space featuring a fireplace and a dining area, along with a double sofa bed for additional guests. A separate kitchen sits alongside. A guest cloakroom is also located on this level. On the first floor guests will find a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two further twin bedrooms, and a family bathroom. Outside, the grounds provide space for leisurely days in the sunshine, including a swimming pool, a barbecue area for al fresco meals and terraces arranged for outdoor dining and relaxation.

    The surrounding area offers plenty to explore. The natural waterfalls of Nymfes (approximately 2.1 km) are a popular attraction, while the beaches of Roda (6.2 km) and Acharavi (10 km) provide inviting stretches of coastline along with shops and cafés. The harbour village of Kassiopi (21 km) and Agios Stefanos (22 km) make enjoyable outings, and guests may also wish to spend time in Corfu Town (33 km), where the Liston promenade and the airport are located. From seaside relaxation to traditional villages and scenic walks, the region offers a varied and rewarding holiday experience.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

      Payment by bank transfer (In sterling or Euros), UK online banking or cheque in Euros or sterling can be accepted. Please Contact Us if you wish to make a payment in this way.
