    Set on the enchanting island of Corfu, this attractive three-bedroom residence with its own swimming pool offers a relaxed retreat within easy reach of the coast. Blending classic furnishings with contemporary comforts, the property enjoys a peaceful village setting while remaining close to some of the island’s finest beaches.     The villa is reached via gated grounds with on-site parking available for guests. The main door opens on the ground floor into a generously proportioned lounge with comfortable sofas, armchairs, a single sofa bed, flowing into a dining area with large windows framing far-reaching views. Adjacent is a kitchen, and a guest cloakroom with WC and washing machine completes this level. On the first floor guests will find an air-conditioned principal double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a further air-conditioned double bedroom, and a twin bedroom. A family bathroom with bath serves this floor. All bedrooms benefit from delightful outlooks across the countryside towards the sea and the mountains beyond. Outside, terraces surround the house, furnished for al fresco dining and relaxation, with a barbecue area and a swimming pool bordered by sun loungers and shaded seating, all enjoying impressive open views.

    Guests can stroll to a nearby taverna just 350 metres away, while a supermarket is located approximately 4.5km from the house. The sweeping sands of Acharavi Beach are around 5.5km away, offering clear waters and a range of watersports. A visit to Corfu Town, approximately 38km away and home to the island’s airport and port, rewards guests with historic fortresses, charming Liston arcades and vibrant dining spots. From exploring traditional villages to enjoying coastal walks and boat trips along the Ionian shoreline, there is plenty nearby to enrich any stay.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
