    Set in an elevated position on Corfu’s renowned north-east coastline, this stylish villa forms part of an exclusive hillside estate near Perithia, overlooking the Ionian Sea. With generous living areas, four bedrooms and spacious outdoor spaces, the villa offers comfortable accommodation for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing stay close to the beaches and villages of this celebrated stretch of coastline.

    Guests arrive via a driveway leading to a convenient parking area and the main entrance on the ground floor. This level opens into a spacious lounge with sofas connecting to a kitchen and dining space. Two bedrooms are also located on this floor, each with an en-suite bathroom; one bedroom features a double bed and an additional sofa that converts into a single bed, while the other is arranged as a twin room. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, which mirrors the arrangement below with a second living area and kitchen space. There is a double bedroom on this level and a second bedroom arranged with twin beds, both are en-suite. Large windows and wide patio doors open onto extensive terraces on both floors, offering uninterrupted sea views. Outside surrounding the infinity pool is ample seating and sun loungers for guests, alongside a shaded dining area with barbecue for al-fresco meals in the warmer months. 

    For larger groups the villa is next to CF029 (sleep 9) and CF030 (sleeps 9).

    The surrounding area offers a variety of places to explore. The nearest sandy beach, Paralia Kalimaki, lies around 1.5 km away and has sunbeds, umbrellas and boat hire facilities. The larger resort of Acharavi, about 6 km away, offers a wider selection of shops, tavernas and cafés, as well as a long stretch of beach. Guests may also wish to explore traditional villages and scenic coastal coves along the north-east shore such as Kassiopi, with its scenic harbour and impressive Byzantine castle ruins, while the historic streets, Venetian architecture and cultural attractions of Corfu Town, located 39 km away, make an excellent day trip.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
