Set within easy reach of Corfu’s northern coastline, this strikingly designed villa with its own swimming pool offers a refined retreat for guests seeking comfort and seclusion. Located just a short drive from the lively resort of Acharavi and approximately 10 km from the harbour town of Kassiopi, the property combines peaceful surroundings with convenient access to local amenities. The approach is straightforward, with on-site car parking available upon arrival. Entrance is on the ground floor, where guests step into an open-plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge, a dining space and a kitchen. A guest WC is also located on this level. Two double bedrooms, each with an en-suite shower room, are situated on the ground floor, along with a twin bedroom (beds can be joined on request) that also benefits from its own en-suite shower room. Outside, the grounds provide ample space for relaxation, with a swimming pool for cooling off in the sunshine and a barbecue area designed for leisurely outdoor meals.
Guests are ideally placed to explore some of the island’s most appealing coastal spots and attractions. Nearby beaches include Acharavi, Roda, Astrakeri and Agnos, while Sidari, Arillas, Agios Georgios, Agios Stefanos and Peroulades (Sunset Beach) are all within comfortable driving distance. The charming harbour of Kassiopi offers waterfront dining and boat trips, and Corfu Town, with its historic architecture and lively atmosphere, is around 40 km away. Mini-markets can be found approximately 1.5 km from the property, with a wider selection of shops and services available in Acharavi, ensuring guests have everything they need for an enjoyable stay.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
