    Set within the verdant landscape of northern Corfu, this striking villa with its own swimming pool offers a distinctive retreat close to the island’s coastline. Positioned just a short drive from the lively resort of Acharavi and within easy reach of the picturesque harbour village of Kassiopi, it provides guests with both tranquillity and convenient access to seaside attractions. Designed with flair and careful attention to detail, the property accommodates up to six guests, making it particularly well suited to families or three couples seeking comfort, space and a relaxed Mediterranean atmosphere.

    The approach is via a quiet road leading to on-site parking beside the house. The main entrance door opens on the ground floor into a generous open-plan living area comprising a comfortable lounge, a dining space and a kitchen. A separate WC is also located on this level. There are three bedrooms in total, each with its own en suite shower room. Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third offers twin beds that can be arranged as a double upon request. Outside, guests will find an inviting swimming pool surrounded by a sun terrace, along with ample space for al fresco dining and barbecues, creating an ideal setting for long summer days beneath the Greek sun.

    The villa’s location allows guests to explore some of Corfu’s most appealing beaches, including Acharavi Beach, Sidari, Arillas, Agios Georgios Pagon, Agios Stefanos Avliotes, Peroulades (Sunset Beach), Roda, Astrakeri and Agnos, all within a comfortable drive. Everyday amenities and a wide choice of shops and restaurants can be found in nearby Acharavi, while the charming streets and waterfront of Kassiopi offer further dining and sightseeing opportunities. For a cultural excursion, guests can venture to Corfu Town to explore its historic architecture, fortresses and vibrant squares before returning to the calm surroundings of the villa.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
