    Positioned on the north-eastern shoreline of Corfu, in the desirable area of Perithia, this impressive coastal villa enjoys an elevated setting with sweeping views across the Ionian Sea towards Albania. Designed to a high specification and offering generous indoor and outdoor living areas, it provides an exceptional retreat for discerning guests seeking comfort, space and memorable sea vistas. The property is particularly well suited to families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together while enjoying ample room to relax. From its commanding vantage point, guests can admire both sunrise and sunset, all within easy reach of the island’s beautiful beaches.

    The approach leads to a convenient parking area, from which steps guide guests to the entrance. On the ground floor there is a bright and airy sitting room with large patio doors opening onto the terrace, alongside a dining area and a kitchen. This level also accommodates two bedrooms: one twin room with en-suite shower room, and one double room with an additional single bed and en-suite shower room, where the washing machine is located. An external side staircase leads to the first floor, which mirrors the layout below. Here, guests will find a second lounge with kitchenette opening onto extensive terraces, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room, and the principal double bedroom with its own en-suite shower room. Outside, paved terraces are furnished with sun loungers and a shaded dining area with barbecue for al fresco meals. The swimming pool is attractively illuminated in the evening, creating a wonderful setting for a leisurely swim or sunset drinks while overlooking the coastline.

    Within 1.9km guests can reach a sandy beach offering sunbeds, umbrellas and boat hire, while a bar and gelateria are just 450 metres away and a traditional taverna sits approximately 800 metres from the property. A mini market can be found 1.4km away, and the larger resort of Acharavi, around 5km distant, provides a wider selection of shops and amenities. For a day of culture and sightseeing, Corfu Town, approximately 38km away and home to the airport, invites exploration of its historic streets, Venetian architecture and UNESCO-listed Old Town. The surrounding north-east coast also offers opportunities for boat trips, coastal walks and discovering charming seaside villages, ensuring guests have plenty to see and do throughout their stay.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
