    Set in the south-western corner of Corfu, this two-storey villa enjoys an elevated position with sweeping views across the Ionian Sea. Designed with clean lines and tasteful furnishings, it offers three well-appointed bedrooms and bright, airy living spaces that make the most of the coastal outlook. The property is well suited to families or groups of friends seeking a relaxed seaside escape, with generous outdoor areas and a swimming pool providing ample space for guests to unwind together while enjoying the island’s warm climate and refreshing sea breezes.

    The approach leads to a convenient parking area close to the house. Guests enter on the ground floor and step into an inviting open-plan living space comprising a comfortable sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen. This level also includes a guest cloakroom with washing machine and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room; both the living area and the bedroom open directly onto the outside terrace. On the first floor, there is a twin bedroom with its own shower room and a further double bedroom, also with an en-suite shower room. Each of the upstairs bedrooms enjoys access to a furnished terrace with far-reaching views over the sea and pool. Outside, guests will find landscaped grounds, a shaded dining terrace for al fresco meals, and a swimming pool with a sunbathing area. A shallow section of approximately 0.5 metres makes the pool particularly suitable for younger guests.

    The coastline nearby is dotted with sandy beaches and gentle waters, with the sea approximately 1.5 km away. Guests can explore the shores of Prasoudi, Paramonas, Chalikounas and Glyfada, each offering its own charm. The village of Agios Mattheos provides local shops and traditional tavernas serving authentic Corfiot dishes, while those interested in history can visit the Byzantine Fortress of Gardiki and the Achilleion Palace, once the summer residence of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. With a blend of scenic beauty, cultural landmarks and welcoming seaside resorts, the surrounding area offers plenty to discover throughout a memorable stay on the island.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
