    Set in the hillside village of Makrades, this stylish three-storey villa enjoys an elevated position with far-reaching countryside and sea views. Designed with attention to detail and refined décor, it offers bright interiors and generous outdoor spaces, making it well suited to families or groups of friends seeking a comfortable base for exploring the island. Expansive windows flood the interiors with daylight, while a spacious upper terrace provides a delightful setting for guests to unwind and take in the coastal panorama, accompanied by cooling evening breezes during the height of summer.

    The approach leads to a convenient parking area close to the entrance. Entering on the ground floor guests will find two double bedrooms, each with its own shower room and direct access to the garden and swimming pool terrace. The first floor, has a light-filled living space incorporating a lounge with fireplace and smart television, a dining area and a kitchen. This level opens onto a furnished terrace with a gas barbecue, ideal for outdoor dining, and there is also a separate WC. On the second floor, there is a further double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Outside, the landscaped garden surrounds an inviting swimming pool, complete with sun loungers and parasols on the terrace, creating an appealing setting for leisurely days under the Corfiot sun.

    The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions and activities. In Makrades itself, guests will discover traditional tavernas and small food shops, while nearby Krini provides additional amenities. A scenic walking and cycling trail begins around 800 metres away, following an ancient mule path towards the beaches of Agios Georgios. Within a short drive are the sandy shores of Agios Georgios, the striking twin coves of Porto Timoni near Afionas, the dramatic bays of Palaiokastritsa and the beach at Liapades. History enthusiasts may also wish to visit the impressive fortress of Angelokastro Castle, dating back to the 13th century, while the island’s capital, Corfu Town, is easily reached for a day of sightseeing, shopping and dining.

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
