The approach leads to convenient on-site parking, with the main entrance situated on the ground floor. The entrance opens into a bright sitting room with a sofa bed, alongside a kitchen, as well as a dining area. This floor also hosts three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), one of which benefits from an en-suite shower room, plus a further family shower room. An external staircase leads to the upper floor, where guests will find four additional bedrooms (two doubles and two twins). Two of the double rooms have en-suite shower rooms, complemented by an extra shower room serving the remaining bedrooms. Large patio doors open onto a shaded terrace with far-reaching sea views. Outside, extensive grounds frame an irregularly shaped swimming pool with a separate children’s section. Sun loungers and parasols are provided, while a covered poolside dining area with barbecue and seating for 14 creates an idyllic spot for al fresco meals overlooking the sea. A tiny cove, nearby jetty and sandy beach are all within easy walking distance.

The property is ideally placed for exploring the north of Corfu. The sandy shores of Saint Spyridon lie around 300 metres away, while a selection of restaurants and bars can be reached within a few minutes on foot. A supermarket is approximately 600 metres from the house, and the historic centre of Corfu Town, with its Venetian architecture, fortresses and lively squares, is about 38 kilometres away. Guests can enjoy boat hire from the local jetty, coastal walks, swimming in crystal-clear waters or discovering traditional villages and heritage sites across the island, making this an excellent base for both relaxation and exploration.
