    Set in the sought-after harbour village of Kassiopi on the north-east coast of Corfu, this spacious holiday villa combines two neighbouring properties within a single gated setting. Its location offers both convenience and a relaxed island atmosphere. With seven bedrooms in total and accommodation for up to thirteen guests, the property is particularly well suited to extended families or groups of friends wishing to holiday together while still enjoying a degree of independence between the two dwellings.

    The approach leads to convenient parking close to the houses. The entrance to the first house opens on the ground floor into a comfortable sitting room with air conditioning and a decorative fireplace, flowing into a dining area with direct access to the pool terrace. A separate kitchen and a shower room completes this level. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, all air conditioned, sharing a shower room; the twin rooms open onto a terrace overlooking the pool.
    The second house also begins on the ground floor, where guests will find an air-conditioned sitting room with decorative fireplace, a kitchen with dining area, one double bedroom, one twin bedroom and a shower room. A spiral staircase leads down to a lower ground floor single bedroom with its own shower room, while a further spiral staircase rises to a first-floor double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Outside, each house has its own furnished terrace for al fresco dining, and the grounds include a swimming pool and barbecue area designed for leisurely summer days.

    Just 400 metres from the sea and within easy walking distance of local shops and waterfront tavernas. Kassiopi itself is a lively yet traditional village centred around its picturesque harbour, with a choice of beaches and coves within easy reach, including Avlaki and Kalamionas. A short drive brings guests to Agios Stefanos, known for its waterfront dining, while the celebrated bays of Palaiokastritsa offer striking scenery and boat trips along the coast. The island’s capital, Corfu Town, is also within comfortable driving distance, where visitors can explore historic fortresses, wander through the old town’s narrow streets and enjoy a vibrant selection of cafés, bars and restaurants.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
