    Located in the hills surrounding the picturesque village of Houdetsi and only a 30-minute drive from the city of Heraklion, this expansive one storey 6-bedroom villa has an enormous garden, a large private pool, a smaller children’s pool, an outdoor terrace with dining area and spacious open plan living inside. Ideal for large groups and families seeking a private escape within easy reach of the city, this villa has everything needed for a truly relaxing holiday.

    The villa consists of a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with doors leading to the large terrace and pools. There are six bedrooms and four shower rooms on this level, as well as two separate WCs for guests’ use. The terrace can be accessed from four of the bedrooms. Outside, the large partially covered terrace is surrounded by an expansive garden and has incredible views of the surrounding mountains. 

    Car hire is recommended since there are several sites to explore in the surrounding area of this part of Crete. A short drive north will take guests to the city of Heraklion, with its great selection of attractions, restaurants and bars. Highlights include a visit to Heraklion Archaeological Museum or the Venetian ruins around the city including Venetian City Wall and Venetian Portal Almighty. Wine lovers will enjoy the Rhous Winery located on their doorstep and for families, recommended sites include Water City, a large water park for all to enjoy or Dinosauria Park, a dinosaur park with life size replicas.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
