The property is approached via a secure, private entrance with ample parking spaces. Guests enter on the ground floor where the main open plan living areas are located. This level comprises a spacious lounge with panoramic sea views, a dining area that comfortably seats up to 14 people, and a kitchen with a breakfast table. From here, guests can step outside to the terrace, where they can relax by the stunning infinity pool and firepit. The upper floors of the villa are divided into two levels. On the first floor, you’ll find two double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower facilities, one with a bath and both have direct access to private terraces offering views of the sea and pool. One of these doubles is wheelchair friendly. Another bedroom on this level offers flexibility with twin beds with an ensuite shower room, ideal for families or friends sharing, this room also has a terrace.
