    This impressive villa enjoys an elevated position above the coast close to the village of Agia Pelagia. With panoramic sea views, this modern property offers a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. Spacious interiors, a large well-equipped outdoor space, and a host of facilities create an inviting setting for groups of friends and extended families seeking a relaxing Mediterranean escape within easy reach of the shoreline and local amenities.

    The approach road leads to a large convenient on-site parking area with covered carport next to the entrance. The villa is arranged over three floors. On the first floor up an ornate stairway, guests will find a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and direct access to a balcony overlooking the sea. There is a further double bedroom and a twin bedroom with two single beds and balcony with sea views. A shared shower room also serves this floor. The lower ground floor comprises an additional double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with their own en-suite shower room. A laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer is also located on this level. The ground floor has a large bright living space and kitchen dining area with sea views. Outside, generous terraced areas with an outdoor dining area, a shaded seating area, and plentiful sunbeds and cabana loungers provide ample space for sunbathing and alfresco meals in the warmer months, all surrounding a substantial swimming pool that looks out towards the sea.

    The villa is ideally situated for exploring the north coast of Crete. The nearby resort of Agia Pelagia, reached in around ten minutes by car, offers a sheltered bay with clear waters and sandy shores, as well as traditional tavernas, cafés and local shops. Guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling and boat trips along the coast, or venture further afield to discover historic sites, picturesque villages, and the vibrant city of Heraklion. Known for its museums and lively waterfront, the city is home to the Heraklion Archaeological Museum, one of the most important museums in Greece and which houses a unique Minoan collection which is unmatched worldwide.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
