Guests arrive via a gated entrance leading to a landscaped courtyard and designated parking area. The main entry opens onto the ground floor of the house, where a generously sized open-plan space includes a living room, dining area, and a kitchen—ideal for preparing leisurely meals. Three of the five bedrooms are located on this floor, each with double beds, two with showers, along with a shared bathroom with shower. This floor also has a laundry room. A staircase descends to the lower level, where guests will find two additional bedrooms—one twin and with an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, and one double with en-suite shower as well as a living and dining space. This floor also features a second kitchen, as well as a unique indoor swimming pool and a wine cellar designed for those who appreciate a good vintage. Outside, guests can enjoy a pool, a sun-drenched terrace complete with loungers, a shaded dining area, a barbecue space, and a peaceful garden—an inviting setting for long lunches or evening drinks.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
