Guests approach the house via a quiet lane, where private parking is available at the front of the property. Entry is up a small set of steps to the ground floor, where spacious interiors are filled with natural light thanks to large windows and glass doors that open onto a furnished veranda, ideal for a shaded spot for breakfast. This level includes an open-plan living and dining area, alongside a kitchen and guest wc. The lower ground floor is accessed via a marble spiral staircase. Here guests will find four bedrooms, a double master bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower attachment - there's a laundry room connected to this bedroom as well as a walk-in wardrobe that doubles as a mini gym. There’s one more double room with an ensuite shower and living space and the floor is completed with two twin rooms, both with ensuite shower rooms - one of these rooms is accessed by an external door adding extra privacy. All the rooms on this level have access to the terrace that surrounds the villa. Outside there's an area dedicated to younger guests with a small playground in the garden. The expansive walled garden is planted with Mediterranean flora and shrubs, there's a separate children's pool next to the main swimming pool surrounded by generous terraces that provide ideal spots for dining or lounging while enjoying the landscape. A large covered bbq, bar and al fresco dining area complete the exterior.
