The villas can be booked individually or as a group.

Guests arrive via a private drive leading to ample on-site parking. Each villa has an entrance opening onto a spacious ground floor living area featuring a bright living room with comfortable seating, a kitchen and dining area. The living area has direct access out onto the terrace and pool area. Also on this level is a convenient guest WC. The lower level hosts three double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room and direct access to a shaded terrace. Laundry facilities, including a washing machine and dryer, are also located here. The top floor is home to the principal double bedroom, which features a private balcony with far-reaching views across the sea, garden, and surrounding hills. Villas 1 & 2 have sea front views and villas 3 & 4 have sea views.

Villa 1 & 4 

- each has a semi double opening sofa in one of the rooms which can sleep 2 children or 1 adult so 10 people max.
1 more folding bed can also be added in one of the other rooms. 
So the maximum capacity for villas 1 & 4 is either 10 adults, or 9 adults & 2 children (as 2 children would fit in the semi double bed), or finally 8 adults & 3 children (as again 2 children would fit in the semi double bed)

Villa 3 has a table tennis table

Villa 2 & 3 

- 2 extra single folding beds can be provided.So the maximum people for villas 2 & 3 is either 10 adults , or 9 adults and 1 child , or 8 adults and 2 children .
