Tucked in the hills on the edge of the peaceful village of Kokkino Horio in the Apokoronas region of western Crete, this collection of three beautifully designed villas offers a serene and scenic retreat. Access to the villas is via a private driveway, with dedicated parking located close to each unit. 

Villas A & B:
Guests enter the villas on the ground floor, where a spacious open-plan layout that includes a kitchen, a dining area, and a comfortable living space where thoughtful interiors blend warm Mediterranean colours and natural textures. The living area opens out onto the terrace and pool area where guests will also find a shaded dining area for al fresco eating. In villa B the kitchen and outside dining area are up a few steps. This level also features a laundry room, guest WC and a one double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, and a balcony with garden and sea view. Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms: one with twin beds (can be double), an ensuite shower room and a furnished terrace with view. And another with a double canopy bed, ensuite bathroom with bath and a balcony with sea views. Outdoor areas are equally well-appointed, featuring furnished terraces, sun loungers, a barbecue area for al fresco dining, and a pool – with villa A offering a heated option. Gardens are carefully landscaped to maintain a sense of calm and seclusion.

Villa C:
The ground floor is arranged across two split levels, connected by a few steps. The upper level hosts a kitchen alongside a wooden dining table with seating for eight. A few steps below, guests will find the main living area which opens out onto the terrace and pool area. This floor also includes a guest WC, and a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room. Going upstairs, guests will find two bedrooms, one offers a double bed that can be separated into twins, an en-suite shower room, and access to a private balcony with sea views. The second includes a double canopy bed, an en-suite with a bath, and a large furnished terrace with sea views. At the top of the house, an additional bedroom features a double bed, en-suite shower room, and its own balcony. This level also provides a small kitchenette, as well as access to a hot tub under a shaded pergola with loungers. A utility area with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities is located on the first floor. The outdoor space includes a swimming pool surrounded by loungers and a shaded sitting area with sofas, ideal for relaxing in the sun or enjoying the sunset. There is also a bbq and outdoor dining table offering a space for shared meals. 

Guests will find themselves ideally placed to explore the surrounding region. Vrasco Beach is just over two kilometres away, while the charming towns of Almyrida and Chania are easily reached by car. The nearby Historical and Folklore Museum in Gavalochori offers a glimpse into the area's rich heritage, and for those with a love of nature, a range of walking trails meander through the hills and countryside nearby.
