Located on a mountainside with complete seclusion and privacy, this luxury 10-bedroom villa has a lagoon-like infinity pool, spacious terrace with shaded pergola, incredible sea views and a live-in housekeeper. Larger groups and families will appreciate the villa’s close proximity to the beach and the quick transfer from the airport. Internally, the villa has a stylish monochromatic design aesthetic, a feeling of comfortable luxury throughout and a spacious open-plan living area.
The villa has three levels, with bedrooms on each, as well as bedrooms accessible via the terrace. On the ground level, there is a large spacious open-plan lounge, dining area and kitchen with direct access to the sun terrace and pool area. There are three bedrooms on this level - two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom - each with air-conditioning, sea views and an en-suite shower room. On the upper level, there are two double bedrooms each with a king sized bed, air-conditioning, sea views and en-suite shower rooms. On the lower ground level, there are two bedrooms - one double bedroom and one quad bedroom with two double beds. Each bedroom has air-conditioning and an en-suite shower room. On the pool level, there are two additional bedrooms accessible via the terrace located next to the pool. Here there is one double bedroom with a king-sized bed, air-conditioning, sea views and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom on the pool level is a quad bedroom with two double beds, air-conditioning, sea views and en-suite shower room. Outside, guests have a spacious sun terrace to enjoy overlooking the stunning views, a unique lagoon-like infinity pool, BBQ and outdoor dining area ideal for al fresco dining.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. The villa is located only minutes from several beaches including Agrari Beach and Elia Beach. The much busier Super Paradise Beach is also not far by car and guests can enjoy sunbathing there or can stay into the evening to experience Mykonos’ world renowned nightlife first hand. Other destinations of interest on the island include Mykonos Town for a day of shopping ot a visit to the The Archaeological Museum of Mykonos. Guests may also enjoy a visit to the iconic Windmills of Kato Mili.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
