Located within walking distance of Elia beach, this 4-bedroom luxury villa offers guests' privacy and seclusion with outstanding sea views. It has its own private pool, spacious fully air-conditioned living accommodation including a stunning outdoor space with gardens perfect for events or entertaining. This is the ideal holiday retreat for large groups and families wanting a quiet oasis within close proximity of the beach.
The villa consists of two storeys with bedrooms on each level. On the ground floor there is a spacious open plan lounge with a dining area and kitchen with direct access to the pool area and terrace via floor to ceiling bifold doors creating a stunning indoor/outdoor living area. There is also a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and private balcony on this level. Upstairs there are two bedrooms each with a double bed, en-suite shower room, TV, air-conditioning and sea views. There is also a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There is also a separate WC and utility room on this level. Outside guests can enjoy the private swimming pool, sunbeds overlooking the sea, outdoor lounge, outdoor dining area with BBQ and lovely gardens.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. The villa is located near the lovely Elia Beach with its bar and restaurant. It is also a short drive from Super Paradise Beach and Nammos where guests can enjoy sunbathing during the day and can stay into the evening to experience Mykonos’ world renowned nightlife first hand. For those seeking a more cosmopolitan experience, Mykonos Town is only 10 km away. There you can explore the many shops and restaurants on hand and also visit Little Venice to enjoy a cocktail overlooking the iconic Windmills of Kato Mili. Guests can take advantage of the Concierge Services to book childcare, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting activities.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
