Overlooking the stunning Super Paradise Beach, this 4-bedroom villa has incredible unobstructed sea views, a private infinity pool with built-in spa, BBQ, outdoor sound system and is only 850m from the beach. With a bohemian design aesthetic and modern Greek accents, the villa provides groups and families a tranquil and relaxing holiday destination. The villa is an independent unit within a luxury 3-villa complex. For larger groups looking to holiday together, they can book one or more of the neighbouring villas (including MY009) that can accommodate up to 24 guests in total, subject to availability.
The villa consists of a large lounge with fireplace, eat-in kitchen and doors leading to the terrace and pool area. On the lower ground floor, there are three bedrooms: the master double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and french doors leading to the garden. Outside, guests can enjoy the large dining area, indoor/outdoor sound system, BBQ, mini bar and the exquisite views from the pool.
Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Super Paradise Beach is known for its world renowned nightlife and guests keen for shopping can venture to Mykonos Town to experience their selection of designer brands.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
