    Located within close proximity to Mykonos Town, the New Port and overlooking the island of Delos, this luxury 6-bedroom villa has its own private infinity pool, large partially covered outdoor terrace with dining area, large garden and ample living space. There are several independent studios in this villa making it ideal for larger groups or families seeking privacy in a central location with outstanding views.

    The villa consists of three levels including a mezzanine level. On the ground floor, there is a large lounge with two sitting areas with sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool area. There is an open plan kitchen,dining area and a WC for guests’ use. There are also two double bedrooms on this level each with an en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and TV. One of the bedrooms also has sea views and direct access to the pool area. On the mezzanine level, there are three independent studio rooms each with a double bed and en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and TV. One of the studios also has its own sitting area with sofa bed, kitchenette and direct access to the outside. On the upper level, there is a master bedroom with a king sized bed, en-suite shower room, air-conditioning, TV, sitting area with a sofa bed and access to a private veranda with sea views.  Outside guests will enjoy the built-in seating, portable BBQ, large terrace with sun loungers and dining area and the lush gardens.

    Transfers and personal drivers can be organised to/from the airport. Please enquire at time of booking. If interested in hiring a car, it is recommended to organise this at the destination, although there are limited taxis available on the island. The villa is located a short drive from Mykonos Town where you can explore the many shops and restaurants on hand and also visit Little Venice to enjoy a cocktail overlooking the iconic Windmills of Kato Mili. To experience the island’s world renowned nightlife  first hand guests can travel further afield to Super Paradise Beach and take advantage of the Concierge Services to book childcare, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting activities.

      Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      Holding an Option on a villa

      Please Contact Us should you wish to place an option on a property for 24 hours whilst you book your flights and/or make other arrangements.

      Payment Information

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
