    Access to the villa is via a gated driveway that leads to a covered parking area suitable for multiple vehicles. Upon entering, guests will find a light-filled open plan living space featuring a seating area, an impressive fireplace, and a dining area accommodating up to eight people. Adjacent is the kitchen, perfect for preparing leisurely breakfasts or dinners inspired by local cuisine. This level also includes a guest WC.  On the lower level, the villa offers four bedrooms – three with double beds and one with twin beds, all with en-suite shower rooms – each opening onto a terrace. Outside, the grounds are beautifully arranged with a pool complete with jacuzzi jets, sunbeds, a shaded lounge and dining area, a stone bar, and a shaded, well-equipped open-air gym. A barbecue and expansive lawn make it ideal for relaxed afternoons or lively evening gatherings beneath the stars.

    The surrounding area offers a wonderful mix of exploration and leisure. Elia Beach, just 700 metres away, is known for its golden sand and clear waters, making it a favourite for sunbathing and swimming. A short drive brings guests to Ano Mera, a traditional village with local tavernas, shops, and essential services including a pharmacy and food market. For those eager to discover more of the island, the cosmopolitan flair of Mykonos Town, with its iconic windmills, boutique shops, and lively dining scene, lies around 11km away.       Pricing and booking information

      Pricing Information

      Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £2.50 per adult per night, and £1.25 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. Children under 12 do not pay tourist tax. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

      All bookings subject to booking fee.

      Booking Information

      A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.

      If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

      Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

      For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Corporate credit card payments may incur a surcharge at time of booking. There is no surcharge for personal credit or debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.
