Located at the highest point on the island of Santorini, on the mountainside near the Monasterio Profeta Elías, this collection of four 1-bedroom luxury villas on a private estate has incredible views, overlooking Perissa Beach with its black sand, incredible terraces each with seating areas, outdoor dining and either a private infinity pool or Jacuzzi. The villas are for adults-only, for guests aged of 14 years plus, and are perfectly suited for groups of couples travelling together. Internally, the villas have combinations of bright white and pale wood accents, conveying contemporary Cycladic design and tranquil ambiance throughout.
The villas each consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen and lounge and open plan double bedroom. There is also a bathroom in each villa with a walk-in rain shower for guests to enjoy. Outdoors, guests can enjoy meals al fresco on the terrace, they can lounge by one of the infinity pools, sunbathe on one of the many comfortable sunbeds, take a dip in one of the Jacuzzi’s or relax in a hammock.
Two of the villas can be rented separately, under villa codes SA005 and SA007.
Car hire is recommended as not everywhere is well serviced by bus, although there are taxis available on the island. Guests can take advantage of the Concierge Services to book restaurant reservations, spa treatments, yacht charters or other sporting facilities. Nearby, at the monastery, guests can visit the gardens or purchase local crafts at the gift shop which supports the monks who still reside on-site. For wine enthusiasts, guests can go on a Santorini Wine Adventure Tour or for more active guests, a hike the volcanic crater is a fun activity.

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.

Booking Information
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.
